The Lev + Light Signature Program is a 4-week journey designed to teach, train, and encourage you to pursue peace and live a grounded, purposeful lifeeven in a world that feels chaotic. This experience is crafted to help you reset your habits, reconnect with God, and realign your mind, body, and hormones through faith-rooted coaching.

Each week, you’ll receive 1-on-1 Zoom coaching and daily accountability check-inscreating a sacred space for you to return to calmness and clarity, rooted in Christ. Instead of striving to control everything around you, you’ll be gently guided to surrender what’s outside and strengthen what’s withinyour spirit, body, and mind.
