Mindset & Lifestyle
Your daily habits shape who you are – the routines you love and the moments you enjoy. But not every habit nourishes your soul or supports a healthy mindset. We’ve curated a list of uplifting, soul-fueling habits to inspire and encourage your lifestyle.
Daily Journaling
A powerful way to connect with your emotions and draw closer to your Heavenly Father is through journaling.
Some of our favorite practices include writing:
- Affirmations about who we are in Christ
- Listing what we’re thankful for
- Penning “letters” to Jesus
- Recording prayers
- Reflecting on our favorite scriptures
“Challenge yourself to journal every morning or night for 30 days—you’ll notice a beautiful shift in your heart and mind.”
Reading
“While reading may not always feel exciting, it’s a powerful way to nourish and stimulate your mind—filling your thoughts with wisdom, encouragement, and love. In 1 Timothy 4:7, we’re reminded to ‘train ourselves for godliness.’ We’ve linked some of our favorite books and devotionals to help you grow in faith and purpose.”
Morning & Night Routines
“A solid morning and evening routine lays the foundation for a successful day and a restful night. It doesn’t have to be rigid or point-by-point—simply setting intentional goals and habits for these times can help clear your mind, boost focus, and create balance. Here are our favorite morning and night habits we want to share with you!”
- Giving thanks to God 1st thing in the morning – feed your soul first, not your flesh
- Reading God’s truth over yourself before you start your day
- Sitting in silence for 10-20 minutes – listen for the Lord

- Eat breakfast before you drink coffee or matcha
- Don’t overwork yourself – take a sabbath every week!
- Read before going to bed – avoid doom scrolling
- 5 mins of sunlight in the morning
